I've renovated more than 50 homes across South Yorkshire, and Flow Stays is where I put the ones I'd want to stay in myself. Every house is finished to the same standard, cleaned by the same small team and looked after by me.

Good to know before you book
Where are the Flow Stays homes?
We have three whole homes in South Yorkshire: a five-bedroom family house in Hillsborough, Sheffield; a two-bedroom terraced house in Barnsley town centre, walking distance from the station; and a three-bedroom house in Worsbrough, five minutes from Barnsley and close to the M1.
Do you take contractors and longer stays?
Yes, trades and contractors are a large part of our weekday guests. We offer weekly and monthly rates, invoices for your company, and every home has parking, wifi and a workspace.
Do you provide accommodation for insurance claims?
Yes. We house families who have been displaced from their home by a flood, fire or leak, and we can invoice the insurer or claims company directly. Contact us with the household size, area and expected length of stay and we'll confirm what's available.
Is the Sheffield house good for a weekend away?
It's our most popular home for weekends. It sleeps ten, has a garden and a kitchen diner that seats everyone, and is around 20 minutes from the Peak District with the tram into Sheffield city centre at the end of the road.
Is there a minimum stay?
During the week we take longer bookings, which suits people working in the area. At weekends you can book a single night, so a Saturday stay for a wedding or a match is no problem. Dates and prices are shown live when you check availability.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Every home has self check-in with a lockbox, and we send your access code on the day you arrive.
Is there parking?
Yes. All three homes have free parking. In Barnsley town centre a parking permit is left inside the house for you, and the Worsbrough home has a courtyard space as well as on-street parking.
Can I bring my dog?
Well-behaved pets are welcome at all three homes by arrangement. Please mention your pet when you book.
